Privacy policy

This policy explains what the QANO AI website collects, why, who we share it with, and how you exercise your rights. It describes what the site actually does, and nothing beyond that.
Who we are
QANO AI is a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration number 7054938936, and registered for VAT. We are the controller of the personal data that reaches us through this website.
What we collect
This site collects nothing about you automatically. The only data that reaches us is what you type yourself:

We use no cookies, no tracking or analytics tools, we build no profiles of visitors, and we do not use your data to train any AI model.
Our lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit the contact form, and in order to take steps towards entering a contract at your request. Both are recognised bases under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. Submitting the form is entirely optional; you are welcome to call us instead.
Who sees your data
We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it for marketing. It passes through these parties only:
- EmailJS — the service that carries the form message to our inbox. The data passes through its servers in transit.
- Google Workspace — our mailbox, which receives and stores the enquiry.
- Vercel — our host. It records your IP address and technical request data in its logs, as any web server does.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you use the WhatsApp button, the conversation moves into their app and falls under their policy.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr — the fonts and the sending script load from them, so your IP address reaches them as part of requesting the file.
Some of these parties process data outside the Kingdom. Each has its own privacy policy, which we recommend reading.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete them. If your enquiry becomes a contract, the data attached to that contract is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, at any time you may:
- know what we hold about you, and request a copy of it
- ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- ask us to delete your data
- withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it
- complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA)
To exercise any of these rights, email qanoai9@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest, and we may ask you to confirm your identity before acting — for your own protection.
Data security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the enquiries mailbox is limited to those who need it in order to reply. But no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not promise otherwise.
The systems we build for clients are a separate matter: many of them run on-premise, fully isolated from the internet. This policy covers this website only, not those systems, which are governed by separate agreements with each client.
Children's privacy
Our services are aimed at businesses, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If such data reaches us, we delete it as soon as we become aware of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page if our tools or our way of working change. The last-updated date appears at the top, and we will flag any material change clearly.
