AI-assisted advisory system
14 fields pulled from a document automatically, with no manual entry
- Problem
- Pulling data out of complex documents is slow and error-prone.
- Solution
- A system that extracts and summarises the data in one action.
AI and automation, built to order
We turn the manual work inside your company into systems that run themselves, built to run on your own premises so your data never leaves the building. And you pay nothing until you watch your system work.
We build systems, not screens.
Systems that run entirely on your own network. Nothing sensitive is uploaded anywhere.
Routine work becomes an automated process, so your team spends its day on the work that needs a person.
Marketplaces that run their own transactions and report on themselves in real time.
Back ends engineered to take the load without slowing down or falling over.
Four problems we find in almost every company. Open the one that sounds like yours.
A system that reads your contracts and invoices and pulls out the fields you need, instead of a person retyping them.
Read moreIt answers the repeat questions, books appointments, and passes you what deserves your attention.
Read moreThey run entirely inside your local network, so not one file leaves your office.
Read moreInvoices that issue themselves, collections that chase themselves, reports that arrive finished, and your systems finally talking to each other.
Read moreMost of what we deliver looks nothing like the last thing we delivered. Describe the process that is costing you, and we design the system around it rather than fitting you to a template.
The consultation and the prototype cost nothing. Pricing comes after you have seen the prototype work.
Three systems we built to show what we can do. These are reference builds, not client projects. The interfaces below are real and running, and we will walk you through them live on the call.

0 manual steps in a transaction. It completes instantly
100% of documents processed with no internet connection
Five stages in a fixed order. Each one delivers something you can see before the next begins.
We understand what you need and agree the goals before any commitment.
A close look at the constraints and the openings in how you work today.
Prototypes you can try before the production code is written.
Built in increments, tested at every delivery cycle.
Source code and documentation handed over, with thirty days of free support after it.
QANO is a new firm, and we know what that means: you would be taking the risk. So rather than ask you to trust us, we take the risk off you. Four clauses, in the contract, not just on this page.
We build a small working version of your system and show it to you. If it doesn't convince you, you walk away and pay nothing. No deposit, no consultation fee, no obligation.
The project is split into stages, and each payment falls due only after its stage is delivered and you have accepted it. The most you ever have at risk is a single stage.
You receive the full code and its documentation at handover. We keep no key and we don't lock you in. If you want to continue with someone else, you own what you paid for.
Any fault in what we delivered, we fix free within thirty days of handover, with no argument about whose fault it was.
Why do we offer this when others don't? Because established firms don't need to. They have a track record to speak for them. We are starting out, and that leaves us one road: to carry the risk instead of you. Check any competitor you like and compare.
The clauses above are a commitment, and behind every commitment there is a way of working and someone answering for it.
Abdullah
Founder, and the engineer accountable for your project
Two years in software engineering and systems work, and a company registered with a commercial registration and a VAT number. I started QANO because most of what gets sold to companies here is a template fitted onto the client, not a system built around how they work.
We work to the standards of a large studio without the size of one: a written specification before a line of code, staged delivery where each stage produces something you accept or reject, and documentation handed over with the code. When a project needs a specialism outside mine — interface design, information security, cloud architecture — I bring in someone who has it, and I remain accountable to you for the whole delivery.
So you deal with no sales team, your account is not managed from another office, and no new hire learns on your project. You deal with the person who writes the code and signs off on it.
Fair question, and the answer is that we don't ask you to assume the best of us. An established firm reassures you with its record; we reassure you with something plainer. You pay nothing until we build a working prototype and you see it with your own eyes. After that, every payment is tied to a stage you accept, one at a time. And the source code becomes yours. Ask any ten-year-old firm to put that in writing. We will, because we are starting out and cannot afford the luxury of asking for your trust for free.
It depends on the complexity, and we quote after the free consultation. The order of events matters more than the number: there is no deposit at all, and the quote comes after you have seen the prototype work. You know exactly what you are buying before you pay for it.
Between four and sixteen weeks depending on scope. We set the schedule during the analysis stage and hold to it.
We sign an NDA with every client before we see anything, and we build systems that run entirely on your own machines, so the data never leaves them.
React, Next.js, Python, LLMs, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes. We pick what fits the project, not what is fashionable.
Thirty days of free support after handover, during which we fix any fault at no charge and without arguing about whose fault it was, followed by optional annual plans covering maintenance and updates.
Everything we build is designed around one client's process. We don't resell templates.
Tell us briefly what you need, and we'll come back to you within one working day.
