What everyone who gets this far wants to know
Our documents are scanned and the quality is poor. Will this work?
Usually yes, but we won't answer that by guessing. Send us ten real samples and we build a prototype showing extraction accuracy on your documents before you pay anything. If the quality genuinely won't support it, we tell you so rather than take the project.
Do you upload our files to an external service?
No. The system is built to run inside your network, and during development we sign an NDA and work only on samples you approve. If you choose a version that uses a cloud model, we tell you plainly before you decide.
How long does it take to build?
A prototype in one to two weeks, and the full system in four to ten depending on how varied your documents are. You know the schedule before you pay, because pricing comes after the prototype rather than before it.
What if our document formats change later?
The system ships with its source code and documentation, so you or any developer can adapt it. And for thirty days after handover we fix anything that breaks, free.
