Your clients' data doesn't need to leave your office

We build systems that run entirely inside your local network — no cloud, no third-party subscription, and no file leaving the building.

Who this page is for: Anyone whose regulator, contract or conscience forbids uploading client data: law firms, clinics, accounting practices, and government suppliers.

The problem

Why you turned down every tool you were shown

THE PROBLEM
  • The tool is excellent, but its terms say your files are uploaded to its servers — and your files contain privileged material.

  • Your government contract requires the data to stay inside the Kingdom, and you cannot actually verify where it is stored.

  • The cloud subscription rises every year, and if you stop paying you lose access to your own records.

  • The office internet drops and all work stops, because everything you use depends on a connection.

What we build

Everything inside the walls

We install the system on a server at your premises or a dedicated machine, and it runs complete without a connection. You own the hardware, the data, and the code.

THE SYSTEM
Works with the internet down

Nothing external is required to operate it. The line drops and the system carries on as though nothing happened.

Local AI models

We run the models on your hardware instead of sending your text to an external API, so nothing confidential leaves the room.

Encrypted at rest

Data is encrypted in place with AES-256, so a stolen machine is not stolen files.

Permissions per person

Who sees what, who edits what, who may export — set by name and written to a log that cannot be erased.

Backups you hold

To media you choose, inside your own premises, not to a cloud whose location you were never told.

No subscription

You pay once and own the system and its code. No monthly fee, and no risk of losing your data the day you stop paying.

Our terms

Your risk on this project: none

TERMS
  1. Clause one

    Prototype before payment

You see a working version of your system before you pay anything. Not convinced? You walk.

  2. Clause two

    Payments tied to delivery

Each payment falls due after its stage is delivered and accepted. One stage at risk, never more.

  3. Clause three

    The code is yours

You receive the source and its documentation. We keep no key and we don't lock you in.

  4. Clause four

    30 days of support

Any fault in what we delivered, fixed free, with no argument about whose fault it was.

FAQ
What hardware do we need?

Usually one good machine in your office is enough, and we specify it precisely on the call based on your actual volume — we don't inflate the spec to inflate the invoice. You buy it and you own it.

Isn't a local model weaker than a cloud service?

At general tasks, yes. At one narrow task — reading your contracts, classifying your files — a local model tuned on your data lands close to the cloud or ahead of it, with nothing leaving the building. We show you the difference on your own documents in the prototype.

Who fixes it if it fails and we're isolated?

The system ships with documentation and recovery procedures, plus thirty days of free support after handover. And because you own the source code, any developer can take it on after us — we don't make you a hostage.

Can it be connected to the internet later if we need to?

Yes. We design it isolated by default, with the option to open one specific channel if you later decide you need it — by your decision, not by the architecture's.

Show us the constraint that's blocking you

A clause in a contract, an internal policy, or your own discomfort. We'll tell you honestly whether what you want can be built on-premise.
