Home / Services / WhatsApp assistant

Your customer asks at 11pm. Who answers?

We build a WhatsApp assistant that answers your customers' repeat questions, books their appointments, and hands the difficult ones to you — in Arabic, in the dialect they actually type.

Who this page is for: Anyone taking dozens of messages a day — clinics, salons and workshops, retailers, real-estate offices, and delivery services.

The problem

Messages don't keep your hours

THE PROBLEM
  • You open WhatsApp to forty messages, half of them the same three questions: what does it cost, when do you open, where are you.

  • Someone asked at ten at night. You replied at nine the next morning. They had already booked elsewhere.

  • Your receptionist spends half the day answering WhatsApp instead of the job you hired them for.

  • Bookings arrive as scattered messages that you copy into the calendar by hand, and occasionally miss one.

What we build

An assistant that knows your business, not a bot that says it didn't understand

We load it with your prices, services, policies and availability, so it answers from your information rather than from the internet's.

THE SYSTEM
Understands how customers write

Spoken dialect, missing letters, and everything else that gets typed into WhatsApp at speed.

Answers from your facts

Your prices, your hours, your services, your cancellation policy. It doesn't invent an answer, and says so when it doesn't know.

Books into your calendar

Offers the open slots, confirms the booking, and sends a reminder before it. No manual transfer.

Knows when to stop talking

Complaints, sensitive cases and angry customers go straight to you, with the full conversation attached.

Runs on your own number

Through the official WhatsApp Business platform — the number your customers already have, not a new one to teach them.

Shows you what happened

A dashboard of message volume, the most repeated questions, and everything it escalated, so you know what to fix.

Our terms

Your risk on this project: none

TERMS
  1. Clause one

    Prototype before payment

You see a working version of your system before you pay anything. Not convinced? You walk.

  2. Clause two

    Payments tied to delivery

Each payment falls due after its stage is delivered and accepted. One stage at risk, never more.

  3. Clause three

    The code is yours

You receive the source and its documentation. We keep no key and we don't lock you in.

  4. Clause four

    30 days of support

Any fault in what we delivered, fixed free, with no argument about whose fault it was.

Before you ask

What everyone who gets this far wants to know

FAQ
Won't customers feel they're talking to a machine?

They will know, and we don't hide it — hiding it annoys people the moment they find out. What matters to a customer is a correct answer in two seconds instead of nine hours, and a real person the instant they need one.

What if it tells someone the wrong thing?

It answers only from your approved information, and anything outside it gets escalated rather than guessed. You review and correct its answers in the prototype before it speaks to a single customer.

Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?

For the full official version, yes, and we handle the registration and connection. If you'd rather start smaller, we build a lighter first version so you can test the idea before committing.

What does it cost to run each month?

WhatsApp's own message fees are paid to the provider, not to us, and they run to fractions of a riyal per conversation. The system itself is yours after handover, with no monthly subscription to us.

Try it on your own number before you pay

We build a first version that answers your real questions, and you test it yourself. If it doesn't convince you, you don't pay.
